Meet the minds behind the initiative
Guided by the motto ‘Shape your reality’, Nathalie and Anna have launched the pinkparrot initiative.
Our goal is to align our work with our core values of Transformation, Sustainability, and Drive. Nathalie is the founder of The Formula, a consultancy specializing in recruitment and talent management, while Anna founded Conflictfree, a consultancy focused on effective communication and leadership development. With pinkparrot, we aim to raise awareness for a better world at work and beyond. In recruitment, The Formula focuses on strengthening the visibility of women in the IT industry. In coaching, Conflictfree focuses on self-efficacy, personal responsibility, and the ability to reflect. Together, we empower companies that celebrate diversity, believe in transformation, and value sustainability.
