We advise and connect talent and leaders on a daily basis. We
primarily work with individuals such as heads of departments, team
leads, data managers, business intelligence managers, product owners,
product managers, data engineers, and data scientists. We also
organize and advise on topics such as new work, company offsites,
workations, and team-building events.
We, Nathalie and Anna, met while studying in 2008 and worked together
as IT recruitment consultants from 2015 to 2017. In the years that
followed, Anna established herself as a mediator and coach at renowned
tech companies, while Nathalie most recently led a team of 10
employees as Head of IT Recruiting. In spring 2023, Nathalie and Anna
decided to work together as freelancers under the company name
pinkparrot. By combining recruiting and coaching, we can offer our
clients an optimal, comprehensive service.
